A full diagnostic of your system will be performed to help prevent the need for you to call us back soon after the repair is performed. We will identify those repairs that are preventing your system from operating AND identify those measures that should be performed that may lead to downtime in the near future.
With our up-front pricing of repairs, you will be informed of the cost to repair BEFORE any repairs are performed. We will ask you to authorize all repair work (after the diagnostics are performed by the technicians). Our technicians will explain each recommended repair (and take pictures if applicable).
A staff member will call you back within 24 hours after performing repairs to insure that the repair has returned your system to normal operation. How many times have you had your system repaired without receiving any follow-up regarding your system’s performance after repair(s) are performed. Most contractors assume that if you don’t call back, everything must be working OK. We acknowledge that the “way we perform” is critical to our success and put simply, we will call back and call back within 24-hours.
Our repairs are guaranteed for one year. We don’t simply replace parts with an attitude that “maybe that will fix it”. Should we have to return to re-evaluate any repair we performed within one year, our Up-Front pricing protects YOU from additional repair costs if the problem was not correctly diagnosed and repaired.
Certificates of Insurance (from my insurance company) are available upon request. In today’s world, many people see the possibility of personal gain from pursing lawsuits.
Did you know that if someone was injured while working at your home, you could be held responsible for such an occurrence? Many contractors claim to be licensed and insured. Are you sure the contractor(s) working at your home are insured? If you desire a certificate of insurance from my insurance company to validate my insurance coverage, we would be delighted to have our insurance company send a certificate of coverage to you before commencing any work.
All of our team members (including the owner) have had criminal background checks and are certified as being drug free. With today’s work force these certifications are extremely important if you are going to allow someone to work at your home for significant time periods. Work force certification will be provided upon request.
